Senior / System Engineer (Healthcare) - EAST #HHL

Salary: up to 8K

Location: EAST

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. Setup, configure and maintenance of computer hardware, network and systems.

. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network and printers issues.

. Liaise with users and vendors for the delivery of solutions and services.

. Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.

. Assists in procurement and documentation of assets.

. Provide and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading of application software and system patches.

. Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services and environment, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive etc, including user provisioning, licensing and other essential services.

. Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender and MFA.

. Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting and email support.

. Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Min Degrree/ Diploma in Computer Science or other related
• Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and security measures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support.
• Familiarity with data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with users and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
