Senior T&I Proposal Engineer

Job Descriptions

• Thoroughly review and understand bidding employer's requirement documents, project specifications, and process data.
• Translate employer requirements into effective contractor solutions that align with project goals.
• Propose T&I proposal and support project execution.
• Assign work to In-House design team. Timely provide technical proposal or solution to project operation team.
• Liaise and communicate with project stakeholder for technical clarification and conclusion.
• Technical support for SFE Vessel operation and maintenance.
• Support engineering budget (estimation) and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Naval Architect
• Min 10 years of related working experiences in offshore structure design and installation such as offshore platform, jacket and foundation.
• Preferably have experience with Wind Farm T&I.
• Familiar with offshore industrial standards and codes.
• Familiar with engineering design tools and software.
• Able to work in a team.
