We are looking to hire Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Financial & WEB3 recruitment experience in the to help us attract and select top talent. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using LinkedIn, BOSS, and any other popular recruitment platforms; With the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with candidates and internal teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities
- Conduct initial communications with candidates to understand their background, skills, and career goals.
- Evaluate and screen candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage the talent pool, ensuring efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Excute general HR duties include but not limited to: collect employees document, conduct reference check, employee's feedback talk etc
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Create and share company job postings and branding content (such as simple posts and videos) on social media and community platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Promote company culture and enhance the employer branding within the industry.
Requirements
- Must able to work in Singapore or Malaysia
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience within Financial or Web3 industry.
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boss, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
- Strong understanding of the WEB3 industry and its hiring landscape
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
