Implement initiatives to improve quality and consistency in teacher's teaching practice.
Ensure curriculum materials and lessons plans are aligned with the latest syllabus for your discipline subject.
Supporting teacher in the lesson delivery of the curriculum through the development of clear teacher reference notes and materials and conducting teacher's syllabus workshop.
Teach classes in a small group sizes between 6-10 students based on Explorer Academy's teaching materials.
Conduct student consultations during your working hours for students who needs extra academic support.
Provide regular feedback and updates to parents on the student's progress.

4 weekdays + 1 Weekend
Job Requirement
Have prior experience mentoring teachers and managing a team.
Have prior experience in teaching science
Familiar with the Singapore MOE primary/secondary school syllabus
Degree in Science or Education related courses
Is a resourceful problem-solver, capable of managing projects end-to-end
Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
