Kerry is currently hiring a Techno-Functional Lead Consultant to manage a team to deliver strategic initiatives and process improvements. Ideally, you have solid experience in the IT industry and as a Business Analyst with exposure in handling Retail/Commercial Lending, Trade Finance, Current and Savings accounts (CASA) Deposits, Cards, and Treasury.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be core banking SME. Should have exposure in handling Retail/ Commercial Lending, Trade Finance, Current and Savings Account (CASA) & Deposits, Cards, Treasury
- Your responsibilities will include knowledge of Hadoop administration, SQL and relational database programming. Your role will involve exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., HBase, Cassandra, Mongo
- DB, CouchBase) and experience in data integration tools such as Informatica and Data Stage, as well as business intelligence tools such as SAP BO and Cognos.
- Communicate with various key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond agreeing to feature benefits and quantifying these benefits
- Maintaining a prioritized product backlog - Features
- Negotiating scope and agreeing MVP
- Understand their POs focus and justification for various features
- Propose how current system capabilities can be used (if possible) to deliver those with minimum or no development
- Maintain backlog - at story level (which is usually aligned with feature priority set by the PO)
- Write stories with the PO and the team, and also work with the team to ensure the story breakdown is INVEST
- Should assist technical team in understanding functional requirements and validate their understanding on time-to-time basis.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in the IT Industry, 3 years as a Business Analyst, and 2 years in Testing.
- Experienced in data modeling, SQL queries, preparing functional specifications, data profiling, and data mapping.
- Experience in working on both Agile and Waterfall methodology projects.
- Possess knowledge and experience with ETL testing, tools, and concepts, with knowledge of SQL servers.
