- Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.- Mentor a team of service team members.
Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients premises.- Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
- Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
