The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, to conceptualise clear hiring strategy, design job descriptions and interview questions.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various platforms or online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. The aim is to fill open positions efficiently and effectively with close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring requirements and expectations are met.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the Organisation as employer of choice.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, building a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-up with internal stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plan and implementation execution.
- Recommend best HR practices for sound talent acquisition programs/initiatives review.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of in-house talent sourcing and selection experience, with a focus in technical roles in engineering / digital sectors
- Strong expertise in managing candidates and stakeholders experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
