Job Descriptions:
- To perform opening and closing routines
- To conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently
- To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works
- To attend to tenants request for maintenance related matters
- To monitor term contractors in their routine servicing
- To provide operational support for promotional events eg. stage and sound system, crowd control etc
- To carry out inventory management measures and storage
- To keep proper record of work assignments and prepare reports for submission
- Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)
Period:
Location:
- Bedok, City Hall, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines
Working Hours:
- 6-days work week schedule on rotating shift (including PH, Weekend)
- Working hours are subjected to changes based on operational needs
City Hall - Shift Hours
- Office Hours Shift - 8.30am to 5.45pm (1 saturday a month, 8.30am to 12.30am)
- Night Shift - 10.45pm to 8.45am
Bedok, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines - Shift Hours:
- 1st shift - 8am to 4pm
- 2nd shift - 2.30pm to 10.30pm
Salary:
- Up to $3,300 (depending on experience)
Job Requirements:
- NTC 2/3 or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
- Willing to work on weekends, on shifts and beyond standard operating hours
- Able to speak and write
- Familiar with computer skills in MS Word and Excel
- Be able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility, urgency and teamwork
