Senior Technician, DSMFlex Production

1) To operate 1 DSM Flex line & LS1 Linear table with a team to manufacture quality products.

2) To operate both DSM Flex and LS1 Autoclave machine for the sterilization of contact lenses.

3) To perform lot changes and maintenance of DSM Flex lines and LS1 Linear table.

4) To provide coaching and training for new production technicians when required for both manufacturing platform.

5) To perform basic troubleshooting on DSM Flex line and LS1 Linear Table.

6) To assist Production superintendent in ensuring smooth operations of the assigned DSM Flex line and LS1 Linear table.

7) To ensure good 5S standards, batch documentation completeness in accordance with procedures for DSM Flex lines and supporting equipment such as autoclaves.

8) To provide operational and administrative support for projects and initiatives improving OEE, productivity, product quality or safety.

9) To initiate and execute at least 1 Kaizen improvement idea per year.
