Operate, maintain, and repair central chiller plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related components.
Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
Monitor system performance, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
Maintain and monitor building systems
To assist the departments in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV engineering work to plumbing, sanitary installations, fire sprinkler, alarm systems, lifts and escalators etc
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of related building maintenance experience
Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
Independent, proactive and responsible team player
Flexibility to work shift hours
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
