Senior Technology Development Device Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Novel BCD platform device development.
• TCAD device simulation and deck calibration.
• Device test key design, layout, analysis.
• Device bench testing (DC/HV/reliability) and characterization.
• Device tuning, on time delivery, pass reliability qualification.

Required Capabilities:

• Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, strong knowledge on bipolar and power devices.
• Experienced in BCD device development/ characterization is preferred.
• Hands on TCAD simulation/ calibration, layout skill, power device bench test is preferred.
• Good communication and team work skill.
• Self-motived and avid learner.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
