What youll do as a Senior Therapy Assistant!
You will assists Physiotherapists in the supervision of patients as well as the implementation of therapy interventions and outcome measures for routine patient cases.
You will independently apply prescribed therapeutic modalities for routine patients as well as perform simple assessment procedures and outcome measures as instructed by the Physiotherapist. In addition, you may independently conduct group therapy sessions for low complexity patients.
You will aid in the provision of training and development of junior Therapy Assistants through conducting orientations, co-supervising and delivering selected training modules for continuing professional development.
You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks such as manpower scheduling, housekeeping and ensuring standards of inventory and equipment maintenance.

Preferred Qualification!
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare clinical settings
Diploma or equivalent, preferred in relevant areas of studies or GCE N or O Level
HMI/ITE Certificate in healthcare (Therapy Support) or equivalent will be preferred
