Senior Trade Accountant (Commodity background) (REF: TJM)

My client is a global energy company, seeking for a Senior Trade Accountant from Commodity Sector. Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Back office, you will be handling the day-to-day accounting functions (full-sets) of commodity trading clients, month and year end closing, consolidation preparation and audit matters etc.

Prerequisite:

• Min a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 2-5 years of relevant experience in commodity sector
• Very strong in MS Excel (will be tested)
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, taxation, hedging, transfer pricing, and mark-to-market (MTM) accounting
