What it's about
In this role, you will be part of the Treasury Management team in Singapore performing the full spectrum of directs and debt administration for Partners Group.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's objectives and drive comprehensive business transformation.
Lead and oversee change management efforts to ensure active engagement, communication, and support for all stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions such as software, tools, and systems to support and drive the success of transformation initiatives such as strategic partnering
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and service providers. Serve as key escalation contact of PG teams to ensure service providers performance meet benchmarks, SLAs and KPIs, addressing variances or issues proactively.
Refine implement and maintain KPIs, management reporting, governance and controls for processes covered across regions.
Monitor and manage treasury cashflows and omnibus accounts and ensure service providers resolve breaks and meet KPIs on a timely and accurate manner.
Understand and execute the day-to-day administration and control of the direct assets and loan portfolios by working closely with the investment team
Liaise with external administrators for transactions inquiries, documentation, and other investment related matters.
Working with relevant internal stakeholders such as front (deal team), middle (closing team) and back office (reporting and accounting) and external stakeholders such as banks, general partners, loan agents and external service providers
Managing treasury projects, enhancements and its relevant stakeholders.
What we expect
Minimum 7 years or more working experience in the financial industry.
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong drive and work commitment, resilient and able to work under pressure
Good organization flair and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant systems and software, such as TMS, MS Excel, and SWIFT. Knowledge in SQL, Qlik, and Python is a plus.
