Job Responsibilities:
- Manage utility systems (cooling, boilers, chillers, etc.) for smooth operation and reliability.
- Lead maintenance activities and SAP-based programs.
- Ensure automation systems (Process Control, BMS, etc.) operate reliably.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and CAPA processes.
- Ensure optimal operation of HVAC and clean room systems.
- Manage maintenance, CAPA, and system qualification.
- Oversee engineering and CAPEX projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with external contractors and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise building and facility maintenance with external service providers.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Manage validation of new and existing equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with QA on validation and qualification activities.
- Oversee CAPA management and track key performance metrics.
- Provide training and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement condition monitoring to improve equipment reliability and reduce failures.
- Ensure the maintenance and availability of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support commissioning and calibration of new equipment.
- Maintain SAP master data for equipment and assets, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and CAPA for quality assurance.
- Ensure safety compliance and audit readiness.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Drive sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop team skills through training, performance management, and adherence to policies.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Technical Diploma with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in Bio/Pharm industries is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, team management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and other maintenance systems.
