About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly driven, motivated, and experienced UX Designer that works well in cross-functional teams to join our Experience Design team in Singapore. You are an experienced UX designer that is passionate about delivering the right user experience and working with the digital teams to translate business and end-user needs/requirements into new UX design ideas.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As the guardian of user-centricity, you will help to provide best-in-class user experience to our distributors and customers by:
Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Developing user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Designing user interfaces (UI) that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
Conducting usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure a seamless user experience.
Staying up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proven ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Excellent design & prototyping skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suites)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creating user-friendly and enjoyable digital experiences.
Experience working in the insurance & financial institution industry would be an advantage.
