Our client is one of the leading Technology organisation
Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges and propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services to citizens, businesses and public officers.
- Drive user research activities through co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create and rapidly iterate on ideas to develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
- Align with corporate design systems and incorporate usability and good customer experience into products and services
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- At least 8 years end-to-end UX design experience, especially with user research, discovery and service design experience that demonstrates your experience in service design, design research, interaction design and product strategy.
- Team player, with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Good organisational, presentation, and critical thinking skills
- Expertise with popular design tools and software e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in Agile and UX development environments and frontend development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, flexible work hours/hybrid work arrangement)
- Location: Near Braddell MRT
