Basic up to $2800 + OT payable + Incentive

Gross up to $3500 - $3800

Working Hours

. Mondays to Fridays - 0800hrs to 1730hrs

. Alternate Saturdays - 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service.
• To execute the core processes for service activities.
• To oversee and supervise the work of the team's technicians and ensure that they work in an efficient and professional manner.
• To liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers needs are met on-time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost, etc.
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

. Class 3 Driving License

. Experience in doing motor claims in workshop would be an added advantage
