1. Making appointment
- Service Advisor are required to answer phone call enquiries and making appointment for customer.
2. Vehicle receiving
- Attend and provide service maintenance and repair recommendation to customer.
3. In-service follow-up
- Coordinate with workshop to ensure the vehicle meet service dead-line and provide additional quotation to customer, if any.
4. Vehicle hand-over
- Contact customer for vehicle collection and explain work performed and servicing/ repair charges when customer arrives.
5. Follow-up call
- Call customers within 72 hours from last visit to ensure job is carried in order.
Job Requirement:
With customer service experience are preferred.
Preferred with valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
5.5 working days per week
