Job Description

  • Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.
  • Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries, as well as checking out at the exit gantries.
  • Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at the self-help kiosks and monitor human traffic flow at the entry gantries, to avoid tailgating instances.
  • Assist visitors/patients with way-finding around the hospital premises.
  • Ensure that cleanliness, safety and conditions of equipment used at waiting area, self-help kiosks and gantries are well maintained and functioning
  • Handling of enquiries or feedback from the visitors/patients
  • Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets at L1 ensuring that they are clean and their amenities are well stocked, maintained and in working condition.
  • Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at sheltered car porch / lobby.
