SERVICE AMBASSADOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Greet and engage with travellers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about available services

. Assist and guide travellers with the redemption of drinks at the robotic bartender

. Kept updated on the ongoing redemption mechanics and proactively engage with travellers to boost redemption rates

. Resolve travellers concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

. Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels for all products related to the robotic bartender

. Perform daily housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the robotic bartender and work environment

. Assist with picking, packing and deliveries of stocks as required

. Stay informed on duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and relevant regulations

. Be the company's front-line ambassador to uphold company's branding and image.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT:

. Basic proficiency and familiarity with technology

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with travellers effectively

. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

. Multilingual skills will be an added advantage to assist international travellers

. Ability to stand for extended periods

Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
