Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and on-site maintenance for medical aesthetic equipment.
- Deliver after-sales maintenance, calibrate electronic components, and align lasers.
- Perform routine repairs, troubleshooting, and installation setup.
- Manage spare parts inventory and warranty returns.
- Plan and execute routine servicing schedules and equipment setups for demos.
- Handle equipment maintenance contracts and administrative tasks.
- Document and track all technical matters, and prepare service reports.
- Communicate with manufacturers about complaints and issues.
- Respond to breakdown repairs on short notice.
- Assist with delivery tasks as needed.
- Provide technical support at demos and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Must have a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting, especially with laser systems and medical aesthetic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good team player, able to complete tasks on time and eager to learn.
- Independent, hardworking, and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
