Job Description:
. Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner
. Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
. Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
. Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers
. Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
. Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
. Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
. Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin experience
. Understanding in SAP CRM is a plus attribute
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills
. Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
. A good team player
. Good command in English and Chinese
. ITE/ Diploma equivalents
