About You
In this role you will lead and drive the repair business and oversee the repair execution to achieve business plan, delivery and organizational objectives. You will be collaborating with operation team and various functional team to lead and drive the deliverables effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversea repair business of lifts and escalators under service portfolio
Drive execution of repair jobs and timely completion
Responsible to manage a team of engineers who execute repair jobs
Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results through effective deployment of resources
Engage and mentor the team and develop/instill a high-performance team culture
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline
Min. 5 years of supervisory work experience for business or service field operation in Engineering industry
Excellent project management, stakeholders management, and communication skills
Strong in planning and business acumen, have an eye for process improvement
Ability to multitask, perform under pressure and ensure deliverables within timeline
A leader and a team player, enjoy fast and dynamic multicultural work environment
