• Oversee and coordinate fine dining service operations during shifts
• Uphold and demonstrate highest standards of Italian fine dining etiquette and service
• Train junior staff in fine dining service techniques and wine knowledge
• Handle sophisticated customer inquiries and special requests with grace
• Assist in wine service and food-wine pairing recommendations
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Excellent communication skills with a refined and professional demeanor
• High energy and positive attitude, with a passion for hospitality
• Strong team leadership skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and fine dining service protocols
• Adaptability and quick problem-solving skills in a luxury dining environment
