OUR PEOPLE.· Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers needs and accurate repair order preparation.
· Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the proper use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.)
· Provide clear explanation of work to be carried out and its cost estimates and keep customers informed of progress.
· Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost or completion time.
· Create clear precise invoices that show and itemise all parts, labour etc. & charges.
· Actively promote the services, promotions, upsell and benefits of the service and parts department to all customers
· Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
· Ensure all customers vehicles are cleaned and ready according to the promised completion time.
· Carry out the service delivery to the customer with high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges.
· Conduct post-service follow-ups and keep the Service Executive / Service Manager informed of feedback that requires further follow-up or service recovery.
· Undertake ad-hoc initiative assigned.
· At least NITEC in Automotive or relevant field.
· Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive industry.
· Proficient with MS Office Tools & comfortable with learning and using new systems.
· Customer-oriented, positive learning mindset and sales driven.
· Possess good customer service skills, conflict management skills, communication skills.

Pay: $2,
- 00 - $3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay
Experience:
