Service Consultant [Redhill / Automotive / AWS / Motor Claim Framework] - 1222

• Working hours: Mon Fri, time based on roster Alt Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary package: Basic + AWS + Incentive

Responsibilities

• Assist customer to file accident report & advise on appropriate claim option available eg: TP or OD.
• Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
• Follow up on claim authorisation standard.
• Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
• Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
• Follow up with part executive on parts availability.
• Close and invoice job once repair is done.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
• Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline.
• Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework.
