Main purpose of job
To support administration function of the Service Operation for the Field Service, Workshop and Key Account Management.
Accountabilities
Field Service
Assist Field Service Manager to prepare quotation for field service activities.
Order handling of field service jobs:
Receive and process Purchase Order for field service activities
Prepare travel arrangement: VISA application, air ticket and hotel reservation
Prepare cost calculation for field service
Submit approved cost for invoicing
Update Work-In-Progress (WIP) in EXCEL and Isah
HTFE Workshop
Prepare budgetary quotation for service, repair and overhaul activities occurred in HTFE workshop.
Order handling of quotation for service, repair and overhaul occurred in HTFE workshop.
Receive and process Purchase Order from client
Issue work order to HTFE workshop or Purchase Order to sub-supplier
Prepare final cost calculation for service, repair and overhaul
Submit approved cost for invoicing
Purchase minimum stock inventory for HTFE workshop
Key Account Management
Support Turnkey operation on site
Prepare budgetary quotation for manpower (labour)
Prepare budgetary quotation for tools and utilities/consumable
Prepare final costing for invoicing
Resources planning
Manpower
Tools and utilities/consumables
Housekeeping / Facility Management
Assist in spare parts stock inventory in HTFE workshop
Purchase of consumables in HTFE workshop
Legal, Health and Safety
Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.
Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties.

Skills, knowledge & behaviours
Essential skills, knowledge & behaviours
Technical higher professional education program, for example Diploma (Mechanical or Marine Engineering).
At least 3 to 5 years experience in procurement or sales.
Familiar with ERP and CRM system.
Advanced skill in Microsoft EXCEL for reporting purpose.
Good general knowledge of maintenance concepts of compressor and fan components.
Reporting should be of a good standard and written/spoken English should be of a high standard.
Good Inter-personal skill to communicate with clients and co-workers.
Enjoys working independently, but must also be able to work comfortably as part of a team.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Customer-orientation with a commercial attitude, sense of responsibility, inner drive, tact.
Ability to cope with stress. o Capacity to think analytically.

Field service activities are complex due to changing requirement on site.
Repair work scopes in HTFE Workshop is based on severity of the component to be repaired.

Technical/mechanical solutions basic understanding to judge the cost impact and problem.
Quotation to be prepared on budgetary basis due to possible discovery works/findings.
Terms and Conditions to accept and acknowledge a Purchase Order from client shall comply with Howden Legal policy in order to mitigate Risk and Liability.
Travel
Estimated 50% of activities are in HTFE facility and 50% at clients site.
