Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule installations, removals, relocations, and periodic maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Submit necessary documents through online portals and handle any follow-up actions.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone to provide timely updates on service requests.
- Manage paperwork related to service orders, maintenance records, and other administrative tasks.
- Track and report on service schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
