Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
Take the patients meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
Ensure accuracy of every patient's meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
Attend to wards and patient's food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
Service oriented and good communication skills
Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
