The Service Crew is a customer-facing role at Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique that works closely with the Boutique Supervisor in delivering delightful experiences to every customer, according to companys standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Punctual boutique opening; quick & complete closing
Scooping of ice cream
Greeting and engaging with customers with warmth and tact
Cashiering
Preparation of complementary products
General cleaning & washing
Maintaining high level of hygiene practices
Creating a nurturing environment through positive language, feedback and teamwork
Guide new service crew in the learning of technical skills and knowledge and inspire them to deliver their best
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with relevant technical knowledge and skills
Assist or lead at ad hoc off-site events (e.g. weddings, live-scoop events
Undertake ad-hoc duties as reasonably assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or higher
Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) & Google Suites (google sheet, doc)
Some relevant working experience preferred
Shift work (9h work day, 5-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays)
