Responsibilities:

. Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service

. Assist in monitoring the guests needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables requests, and promotional offers

. Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible

. Check on guests satisfaction, attend guests needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

. Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

. PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated

. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
