Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with accurate information on menu items - Take orders and process payments using the POS system - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the caf area and workstations - Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality and consistency - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations - Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry (experience as a service crew is a plus) - Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and specialty coffee trends - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
