Job Description

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by providing friendly, fair, and courteous service.
  • Handle phone calls for reservations and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Welcome and guide guests to their designated rooms.
  • Record guest orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sales system.
  • Provide basic technical assistance, such as microphone checks and karaoke system support.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work independently while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management for smooth operations.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Be comfortable handling and serving alcoholic beverages.
