Job Description and Qualification:

This is a full time role for a Service Crew located in Suntec. Our client is F&B Industry. This position includes providing friendly and courteous customer service, handling reservations and inquiries over the phone, taking and serving food and drink orders, and managing input into the point-of-sales system. The role also includes basic technical support, such as managing mic checks and the karaoke system. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, as well as working independently to produce quality results. Effective communication with team members and management, keeping a neat appearance, and being comfortable handling alcoholic beverages are also important. Additionally, the role involves performing any other duties assigned by the superior.
