Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in the restaurant, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
• Take and serve orders promptly, accurately, and efficiently, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including yakitori dishes, beverages, and daily specials, to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with a high level of expertise and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Assist with setting up and closing the bar area, ensuring it is ready for service.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Process payments, manage bills, and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of service, quality, and cleanliness at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or Japanese restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly yakitori, and a willingness to learn more.
• Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
