• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly demeanor
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive dining environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Reliability and maturity in approaching work tasks
• Prior experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus

Working Hours

• 5.5 days per week
• 44 hours per week
• Split shifts
• Sundays to Thursdays, with the last order taken at 9 pm, facilitating an early end to work
