Work Schedule:
- 6 Days Work Week (roster-based)
- 9-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm, friendly experience from the moment they arrive
- Take orders efficiently and provide detailed information on our menu, including yakitori dishes and drinks
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of service
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Process payments, manage bills, and handle cash accurately
We're Looking For:
- Individuals with a passion for great customer service, preferably with experience in high-end or Japanese dining
- Outgoing personalities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine (yakitori experience is a bonus!)
- Those who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
