Job Description:
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Prior working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage.
- No experience is welcomed to apply Training will be provided.
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate in the line of F&B.
