RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:
. Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
. Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
. Ensure that guests received attention at all times
. Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
. Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
. Perform general basic service
. Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
. Bilingual
. Minimum O-level education
. Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
. Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
