Job Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests promptly and politely.
Present menus and explain daily specials and dishes to guests.- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
Handle payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up tables, polishing cutlery, and restocking supplies.
Experience in F&B service, preferably in a semi fine-dining or fine-dining setting.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
