Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Order Taking: Accurately take and process food and drink orders.

Food Delivery: Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently.Table Maintenance & Ushering: Keep tables clean and tidy, clear dishes, reset tables for the next customers, and lead them to their table.

• Payment Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.

Product Knowledge: Be familiar with the menu and offer recommendations to customers.

Team Support: Assist other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
