Job Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Order Taking:
Accurately take and process food and drink orders.Food Delivery:
Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently.Table Maintenance & Ushering: Keep tables clean and tidy, clear dishes, reset tables for the next customers, and lead them to their table.
- Payment Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
Product Knowledge:
Be familiar with the menu and offer recommendations to customers.Team Support:
Assist other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Friendly Personality: A positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Good communication skills to take orders and address customer needs.
