Job Responsibilities:
. Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
. Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders.
. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
. Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
. Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.
. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
. Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
. Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
. Other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by Director or Chef.
Requirements:
. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
