Service Crew [PM Restaurant and Lounge]

Customer Focus:

• Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests.

• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

• Have a good understanding of all food and beverage items.

Able to suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when requested.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Requirements:

1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Capable of standing and working continuously for over 8 hours.
