Position Overview:We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our service team as Service Crew. As a Service Crew at our fusion concept restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Whether you're assisting guests with menu selections, taking orders, or providing attentive service throughout their meal, you'll be an essential part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Greet guests warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and describe dishes to guests, answering any questions they may have about ingredients or preparation methods.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-service (POS) system promptly.- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation, ensuring that all items are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring that the dining and work areas are tidy and welcoming.
