Service Crew

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team at our bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare food and drinks according to standard recipes and procedures

- Ensure that food and drinks are served in a timely and friendly manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary

- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations

- Work as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
