What you will do:
Tracks and provides direct support for planned service agreement renewals. Participates in accounts receivable activities and provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Interfaces with client to create service work tickets and coordinates technician activities. Provides administrative, day-to-day support in the service operational areas.
How you will do it:
Ability to handle order processing, invoicing, logistics arrangement.

Ability to manage and handle time sheet.
What we look for:
NITEC/Diploma holder/any tertiary education with minimum 1 year order processing background
Willing to learn new things with good attitude.
