Job Description

  • Chair meetings with customers and any contractors, prepare meeting minutes
  • Plan, monitor and control operations activities
  • Follow up on open tickets with product principals

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in IT related
  • Minimum ITIL Foundation
  • Any technical certification is advantages

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • 3-5 year of managing IT Operations
  • Familiar with general IT Infrastructure management
  • Familiar with IT Service Management Processes
