Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience

3-5 year of managing IT Operations

Familiar with general IT Infrastructure management

Familiar with IT Service Management Processes

Qualification

Minimum Diploma in IT related

Minimum ITIL Foundation

Any technical certification is advantages

Responsibilities

Chair meetings with customers and any contractors, prepare meeting minutes

Plan, monitor and control operations activities

Follow up on open tickets with product principals
