Job Description

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT Operations
  • 3-5 years of experience managing IT Operations
  • Familiarity with general IT Infrastructure management
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT-related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification required
  • Additional technical certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and chair meetings with customers and contractors prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Plan, monitor, and control operations activities to ensure service delivery
  • Follow up on open tickets and collaborate with product principals for resolution
  • Ensure service levels are met and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth service delivery to clients
